Yes Kelce James is All Ages! Children 5 and under do not require a ticket but will need to sit on a parent’s lap in the reserved seating areas. Beer and Liquor will be available for guests 21+ with valid government-issued
Azura Amphitheater is comprised of both reserved and general admission seating. The “up-front” GA pit and VIP pit are both located directly in front of the stage, and allows fans closer access to the show!.
Tickets located in the GA Pit, VIP Pit, or Lawn are all general admission and first come-first serve. There is a limited number of seats available within the GA PIT.
Reserved Seating Tickets are also available for purchase
A wide variety of food and beverage vendors are present at Kelce Jam including delicious BBQ from Joe’s BBQ, hot dogs, pretzels, nachos, soda, water, and more. Beer and Liquor will be available for guests 21+ with valid government issued Please note that all our concession stands are cashless. We accept credit or debit cards only. Cash is not accepted.
VIP Tickets include access to the VIP Pit in front of the Stage and access to TickPick VIP Lounge. TickPick VIP Lounge includes: complimentary gourmet bites from Q39 BBQ, unlimited non-alcoholic beverages, and a cash bar. VIP tickets also grant fast expedited entry into the venue, and dedicated VIP-only restrooms. VIP Tickets are also permitted to enter the venue at 5pm (1 hour prior to other Ticket Holders)
The Parking lot opens at 4pm (2 hours prior to doors opening)
Parking is $20 per car in the General Admission or Reserved lots. VIP parking is also available on a first-come first-served basis for $30 per car.

Smoking is allowed in the venue in designated smoking areas: the GA Plaza, walkways, and the VIP Club. As a courtesy to fellow concert goers, smoking is not allowed in the lawn, pit, or reserved seating areas.
To ensure that Kelce Jam and Azura Amphitheater maintains an environment safe and free of violence for all employees and patrons, with the exception of on-duty law enforcement officers, the venue prohibits the possession or use of dangerous weapons on venue property.
Unfortunately tickets are 100% non-refundable.
